Address info from building polygon to poi in this poly.

Typical situation: the building with the address and within the marked poi with the name and others but no address. How to assign the address information such points without an address inside the building with the address?

What current status of address search?

I use mkgmap for everyday convert map for garmin. Now i see address search work only for streets, but housenumbers not usable for search. I convert building with addr:street and addr:housenumber to poi 0x6402 and search not work, but in POI list (around of curren place) i have poi of shop with address information.

This is my file relations: # Route type=route & (route=hiking | route=bicycle) { apply { set route='${route}'; set route_ref='$(route_ref), ${ref}' | '${ref}'; set route_name='$(route_name), ${name}' | '${name}' } } that makes a string like this: route_ref 3,4 route_name Path name 3, Path name 4 I ask you: is it possible display every route name on a different line? boundary relations in splitter

Hi all, the keep-complete processing in current splitter (r283) ignores all type=boundary rels, means, they are not added to the problem list. This is done to avoid adding thousends of ways to each tile because of administrative boundaries covering huge areas. (Boundary rels are treated like type=multipolygon rels, so splitter will calculate the bounding box of the rel and add the members to all tiles intersecting this bbox. The discussion in this thread http://gis.19327.n5.nabble.com/Commit-r2478-Use-outer-polygon-tags-if-the-m… shows a need for more detailed filters. I see some options to handle this: 1) a) we can add type=boundary relations if they have a boundary=xyz tag and xyz is in a hard coded include list b) we can add type=boundary relations if they DON'T have a boundary=xyz tag and xyz is in a hard coded exclude list I looked at taginfo and found quite a lot of candidates for both lists: http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/boundary?filter=relations#values 2) we can pass the include / exclude lists as parameters (eg. --incl-boundary-filter=national-park,national-forest or --excl-boundary-filter=administrative,postal_code 3) we can add (parts of) the style system to splitter to allow the same filters My opinion: option 1) is too simple, option 3) is too complex (for me) On the other hand, we may also filter type=multipolygon rels , for example taginfo shows that type=multipolygon is often used with boundary=administrative. Relations name on multiple lines

Excuse me, is it possibile, where on the same path I have more than one relation, display all this relation in separate lines? I mean in this way (on MapSource) in the balloon: Path n_1 (bla, bla, bla) Path n_2 (bla, bla, bla) Thanks very much. --enrico

Version 2478 was committed by wanmil on Wed, 06 Feb 2013 Use outer polygon tags if the multipolygon is tagged with name only Quite a lot of mps are errorneously tagged with name only. This was ignored by the mp algorithm some time ago but at any point of time it disappeared. Fixing that now.

Version 2483 was committed by wanmil on Mon, 11 Feb 2013 Do not ignore if an mp is tagged with name only This is a partly revert of r2478. mkgmap used the tags of the outer polygons if the mp itself was tagged with name only. This is a common tagging error. But this tolerant handling produced some errors. So revert this. This commit also fixes the handling of mps with tags removed by the loader. r2478 removed this detection by mistake.
