This caused all points in subdivisions that had an indexed points section to be incorrect. Searching for points by category should now work pretty well. It is a known problem that points with a subtype of 0 may not be included.

It was warning if any motorway that shared the exit node didn't have a ref but it makes more sense to only warn if none of the motorways have a ref. >From patch by Nakor + further tweaks by me (fixed null exit name in a message)
