Raindrop roundabout
Hi, Someone created two raindrop-shaped roundabouts for the ramps of a dual carriageway that is under construction. Mkgmap obviously does not like this. I wonder if there is a better tagging. I got 4 messages like this for the two "raindrop roundabouts": 2013/10/20 16:20:30 WARNING (RouteNode): 63240008.osm.pbf: Roundabout (8 Välitie, http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/169875190) ends at http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=63.11203&mlon=21.65963&zoom=17 Best regards, Marko
I think a roundabout must be close with all roundaboud tagged ways. there a some ways in the roundabout not tagged a roundabout. i personly would remove the roundabout tags in this example, but not on other ways where are real circles.

Thanks. I did not find any suitable tags in the wiki. I contacted the original mapper. He changed it to a single squeezed oval roundabout, with the two raindrops at the ends: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/18471232 There was no error message any more, so I suppose mkgmap is (IMO correctly) only interested in the topology, not in the shape.
