Well, I think, we can have them on the map, just at a very high level. So that they only show up when you zoom in a lot. NOTE 1: The 0x07 in the old rule creates non-routable ways on the map. So the ways are there, but are not used for routing. NOTE 2: The left out "resolution" yields a 24 AFAIK. So I'm for keeping the old style.
