RouteCenter, TableA and TableB have been modified accordingly, but NOD1Part hasn't been integrated into RoadNetwork yet, so currently everything should work as before.

Arcs now store both source and destination routes to be able to determine when two arcs are inverse. Writing Table A in the second pass moved to TableA. RouteNodes now hold their full coordinates.
