New diagnostics in RoadDef triggered a NullPointerException in Label.toString() when adding extra labels -- still need to track these down. RoadHelper was missing some fields if they came before the Data line. Fixed by creating the MapRoad only in the end.

NOD1Part now keeps track of both an external imposed bounding box and its actual bounding box, fixing the classification of internal/external arcs. The former (very tight) upper bound on the number of nodes in a RouteCenter was replaced by estimating the size of nodes. The other constraints were relaxed (used to be half the maximum, now ~ 97% of maximum). NOD1Part better documented. Coord.toString() now prints truncated coordinates.

Large sample now runs into an assert in RoadIndex. * Lots of logging/debugging info (more classes got toString(), road name passed to RoadDef, etc.) * TableA from ArrayList to LinkedHashMap for performance reasons. * NOD1Part got an internal almost-reimplementation of imgfmt.app.Area (BBox) -- these should eventually be merged, but I required non- overlapping adjacent areas. * Remove stdout-logging of PolishMapDataSource * Convert RoadNetwork to use a NOD1Part for splitting the network.
