Version 755 was commited by robert on 2008-12-02 17:53:36 +0000 (Tue, 02 Dec 2008) Add NOD1Part, which implements (untested) an algorithm for subdividing the RoadNetwork into RouteCenters. RouteCenter, TableA and TableB have been modified accordingly, but NOD1Part hasn't been integrated into RoadNetwork yet, so currently everything should work as before.
