Version 1712 was commited by steve on 2010-10-08 22:05:29 +0100 (Fri, 08 Oct 2010) Restore initialisation of boolean flags to how they were before the binary format re-factor. Fixes flooded land when not explicitly using the multipolygon sub-option.
