Version 1413 was commited by markb on 2009-11-29 23:23:12 +0000 (Sun, 29 Nov 2009) Don't execute actions for non-first match unless 'with_actions' specified. Also, return null if action rule result would be ignored anyway so that sequence rules will go on to process more sub-rules.
