Version 1391 was commited by steve on 2009-11-14 23:07:32 +0000 (Sat, 14 Nov 2009) The base 11 encoding is now correct as far as I understand it. ... which may not be enough of course, but seems compatible with the reading routine.

Great, using 1391 even South-America seems to be fine.
