In the discussion about cleaning the options list there was the idea to remove the createdbounds option and put that to a separate program.

The program already exists so it's easy to realize that.

I would print out an error message with the new program name to be called instead if the option is set. And the documentation should also be adapted.

I think it would be useful to provide the tools also as a jar-file. Shall I remove the option? I think so.
