Version 1373 was commited by markb on 2009-11-11 11:54:36 +0000 (Wed, 11 Nov 2009) Reduce MAX_ARC_LENGTH to 35000 as larger values cause routing failures. It has been reported that the Nuvi GPS can fail to route when the max arc length is longer than approx 39000 so limit the length to 35000. This is odd because longer arc lengths can be handled by the encoding.
