Version mkgmap-r4222 was committed by gerd on Sat, 11 Aug 2018 fix address rules for Germany so that prefix "Stadt" is only removed from the ctiy name when it is followed by a blank. The old rules changed e.g. Stadtlohn to lohn. http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/websvn/revision.php?repname=mkgmap&rev=4222
