routing and "permissive"
Hi, It seems to be valid to add the following to osm highway footway bicycle permissive which will be interpreted by mkgmap as that bicycle are not allowed. I think it should be interpreted as bicycle "yes" Stefan

OK - I have updated the nod branch to support that. It could handle bicycle=yes but not bicycle=permissive, it should allow that now. Cheers, Mark
