FYI: I plan a major change in the polygon cutting algos during the next days, so I think r3008 is good to use, next versions are probably not until I've sorted out the remaining problems.

The bug appears in r2991 and latest mkgmap-high-prec-coord-r3016 but not in the trunk r2998 It is not style file related.
