Version 733 was commited by steve on 2008-11-29 22:03:32 +0000 (Sat, 29 Nov 2008) RgnDisplay didn't take into account the 1<<(n-1) special case mentioned in imgformat.pdf. This fixes that for completeness - mkgmap doesn't generate such things. - Patch from Robert Vollmert
