Version mkgmap-r4835 was committed by gerd on Sun, 12 Dec 2021 Throw a MapFailedException when MDR sub file size > 2G instead of crashing later or writing empty files. Maybe remove this again if someone can prove that Garmin software can handle MDR sub file with more than 2G.
