Version 1531 was commited by markb on 2010-01-28 13:25:57 +0000 (Thu, 28 Jan 2010) Allow boundary nodes with identical coordinates to be merged. Previously, if two nodes had identical coordinates and they were both on the boundary, it would output a warning message and not merge them. Now, it just gets on and merges them.
