Version 679 was commited by steve on 2008-08-28 23:43:51 +0100 (Thu, 28 Aug 2008) The extraBit flag in rgn is important and sometimes appears on roads. Form qlandkarte see that extra bit is per-point and so JM is not correct on that point. So add the ability to write the extra bit correctly.
