Yes but with some limitations. The filtering of roads for length is not done on the mp data input, so routing will likely be broken. Multi polygons are also not supported. Garvan

Yes it can. It works well, but not every feature on the polish format is supported and it does get less use than from osm files so there may be more bugs. If you find any let us know so we can fix them. Best wishes ..Steve
