Hello, I've a way tagged motorroad=yes and motorcycle=no (the style converts motorroad=no in bicycle=no and foot=no). As you know, you can choose in Mapsource (and in the Garmin GPS) to make a route for Cars, Autobus, Bicycle, etc. but unfortunately when you choose to route for Cars this implies to route for Motorcycles too. This means that the 2 vehicles type cannot have different restrictions in IMG: and in fact the way tagged motorcycle=no results forbidden to motocars too. The question is: how mkgmap compiles a motocycle=no tag? And is there a way in mkgmap/IMG to make a road routable for cars but not for motorcycles? Ciao, Marco.

I am away from home this week and can't look at the source but, from memory, I think it will ignore that tag.
And is there a way in mkgmap/IMG to make a road routable for cars but not for motorcycles?
I don't know of any way to do that. Cheers, Mark
