If I end the list of arguments passed to mkgmap with "typ_file.TYP data.osm(.pbf)" search works fine, but if files are reverse placed. i.e "data.osm typ_file.TYP" search doesn't work, neither in MapSource nor in nuvi. If input files are given via -c, order doesn't seem to affect searches. Is it a known issue?
