If the road should be routable, have both types to be routable or is it sufficient that the second one (0x07) is routable? I think only one should be routable. The range just influence visibility. Else you shouldn't be able to route on tracks in lower resolution ;-) Should 'continue with_actions' be used in this example? It isn't necessary, because there is no action ( somthing in {} ) in your example .
