Version 1097 was commited by markb on 2009-07-22 19:25:19 +0100 (Wed, 22 Jul 2009) Be more careful when checking to see if loop split will make a short arc. It was only checking that the arc after the split was not short but now it checks that both the arc before and the arc after the split point are not short.
