Stephen, It is difficult to help you without any further information. I am pretty sure that the default style is OK now, so the problem must be in your style or in your script. If you think that mkgmap is the problem, please post a link to the input file and the options that you use for mkgmap, else maybe post a link to your script and style so that we can check it. I also am seeing three error messages each time I run mkgmap. Please tell me what I have to do to reproduce the problem. I downloaded the package to make sure that I use the same program and tried with this command and got no problems: java -Xmx6800m -jar d:\mkgmap\dist\mkgmap.jar --route --process-destination --process-exits --precomp-sea=f:\osm\sea-latest.zip --bounds=f:\osm\bounds-latest.zip --max-jobs e:\osm_out_work\niedersachsen\20151019_073101\*.o5m The message should not depend on the OSM input, but who knows? Please provide a sample like that which produces the error message.
