Commit: r861: Add a --road-name-pois option.

Version 861 was commited by steve on 2009-02-05 00:25:13 +0000 (Thu, 05 Feb 2009) Add a --road-name-pois option. This option creates a POI for every road, with the name of the road and thus allows you to search for roads without having the global index files. - Mark Burton.
