Another failure with downloading filrs

Hi I've just got to let you all know that I've had another failure to download two adjacent tiles. So all is not fixed yet. I was looking into the umlaut problem - to confirm : the problems are only on a device and not seen in map source? ..Steve

This appears to be the case. I test with BaseCamp on Mac OS, but it appears to be the same: streets with umlauts are found in BaseCamp but neither in my Nüvi nor my eTrex. Cheers
