Version 1078 was commited by markb on 2009-07-04 01:43:14 +0100 (Sat, 04 Jul 2009) Fix bugs in date/time encoding in headers. Hour is now modulo 24 and not modulo 12. In one place, year had 1900 erroneously subtracted from it.
