Version 1031 was commited by markb on 2009-05-05 10:24:12 +0100 (Tue, 05 May 2009) Fixed NPE that occurred when relation used a Way that contained no points. Bug reported by Thorsten Zitterell. Also, now outputs Way OSM id's in diagnostic messages to make it easier to locate and fix bad OSM data.
