[PATCH v1] add --delete-tags-file option
Here's the thing we talked about earlier. I'm too tired to write about it now but the code should work well enough for people to evaluate. The option file blurb tells you how to use it. Feedback, etc. Mark

Working Great! Saves me about 10% processing time compared to removing access tags via style-file as action rules! Also gets rid of stupid things like ref=0 that are present on loads of roads in Austria due to the import.
