Gerd, can you please check my changes? My gut feeling tells me that there might be a problem. Anyhow I commited it because the error was obvious. I detected the integer overflow after 900 points located in the Netherlands. If you test ways in Australia or Alaska (far away from 0°/0°) it should overflow much earlier. Thanks! WanMil

Fix center point calculation of large ways and polygons

There was a possible integer overflow for ways and polygons with a large number of points or in case the points were located far aways from 0°/0°.
