recently someone mapped lots of nodes like this: https://www.osm.org/node/9842107614 in my area. With the default style they are rendered as an info icon and the text from the operater tag "Wiehengebirgsverband Weser-Ems e.V." which is really useless info.

The actual marker is a maybe 10*5 cm black sticker with a white "J", no further information. I think we should change the rule tourism=information [0x4c00 resolution 24] to tourism=information & information!=route_marker [0x4c00 resolution 24] so that these markers are not rendered. Or maybe set mkgmap:label1 to the ref so that they are less prominent?
