Allow white space before mph and kph suffixes in speeds.
Is kph the same as kmh or km/h (usual in germany) ? Are maxspeed tags with an unknown unit of measurey considered as beeing non existent or are they considered as having the default unit (kilometers per hour) ? Chris

osm units are always SI units unless explicitly changed. also elevation tag is always in m without unit specified. using mph or kph or anything else is bad practice for an international database.
