[PATCH v1] make DP filter avoid removing points located at nodes

It seems to have no effect. Something wrong about the round coords?

Hmm, didn't think my shuffling had broken it.
You are using --remove-short-arcs? It needs that.
yes I am. v1 did work (as you could see on the pics), I changed nothing but mkgmap.jar in the process.
