No sort description for code-page 1252 available

Since checking out the latest version of mkgmap this morning I am getting the error No sort description for code-page 1252 available and mkgmap finishes immediately. I get this either with my normal command line or even if I strip it right back to just java -Xmx2048M -jar mkgmap.jar 00001*.pbf My previous version of mkgmap, r3111, works fine. Any ideas? Thanks Paul

Hi Paul, try ant clean dist to rebuild everything. Gerd

I always run "ant clobber" on my old version, checkout into a new directory with the new version and then "ant dist" from there. "ant clean dist" produces the same error Thanks Paul On 22/03/14 11:57, Gerd Petermann wrote:

Hi Paul, I see this error frequently within eclipse. If that happens, I execute ant clean dist and then I press F5 to update the whole project in eclipse. That always helps me. Gerd News-3 wrote

Hi Gerd I'm not using any kind of IDE here. This is normally scripted but what I'm doing is equivalent to running the following at a bash prompt mkdir new cd new svn co http://svn.parabola.me.uk/mkgmap/trunk cd trunk ant dist And then running mkgmap from the new/trunk/dist folder (ant clean dist produces the same error) I'v been doing this for many months (years) now and this is the first time I've had this problem OS is openSUSE 13.1_64 with current ant and openjdk Thanks Paul On 22/03/14 12:15, GerdP wrote:

Ok - Scratch that. I've rerun my script (3rd time) and it's now working I guess we'll blame that one on the computer gods Thanks Paul On 22/03/14 12:15, GerdP wrote:
