Version 760 was commited by robert on 2008-12-03 09:43:43 +0000 (Wed, 03 Dec 2008) Fixed bounding box handling and relax some constraints. NOD1Part now keeps track of both an external imposed bounding box and its actual bounding box, fixing the classification of internal/external arcs. The former (very tight) upper bound on the number of nodes in a RouteCenter was replaced by estimating the size of nodes. The other constraints were relaxed (used to be half the maximum, now ~ 97% of maximum). NOD1Part better documented. Coord.toString() now prints truncated coordinates.
