Adaptable paths for input and output files

Hi Steve, you're perfectly correct. The "input-file" option also takes fully qualified paths. It just takes the string and does not complain as long as the path/file really exists. So no bug here. It seems you agree with the general rationale; would you be willing to integrate this in the next build of mkgmap? All the best, /Markus

Yes, except that I will modify to take account of absolute paths and check for the key 'input-file' instead of checking to see if the value looks like a filename. ..Steve
