Version 962 was commited by markb on 2009-03-02 22:12:09 +0000 (Mon, 02 Mar 2009) Make two warnings into errors so that it is more likely they will be seen. At this time, the program doesn't support either multiple 'via' nodes or 'via' ways in turn restrictions so alert the user to that fact.
