It seems to be valid to add the following to osm

highway footway bicycle permissive

which will be interpreted by mkgmap as that bicycle are not allowed. I think it should be interpreted as bicycle "yes"

OK - I have updated the nod branch to support that. It could handle bicycle=yes but not bicycle=permissive, it should allow that now. Cheers, Mark
