[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] Add atm operator

I hope attached patch will help people save some money knowing the operator of atm's and avoiding commissions charged by banks other than their credit cards operators ;-) . BTW, in Spain there's an operator called 4B. How can I avoid it to be shown as 4b in my nuvi? Cheers Carlos
