Fix explicit setting of mapname when the file name is numeric.
Numeric filename set the mapname from the filename, unless a mapname argument is given. It seems this still isn't fixed in Mkgmap r983. The template.args file contains: mapname: 73240001 description: OSM Map input-file: 63240001.osm.gz mapname: 73240002 description: OSM Map input-file: 63240002.osm.gz mapname: 73240003 description: OSM Map input-file: 63240003.osm.gz [And many more] Mkgmap r983 creates 63240000.tdb 63240000.img 73240001.tdb 63240002.tdb 63240003.tdb etc.
