NOD size - implements new option --check-routing-island-len=INTEGER to remove routing islands with a total lenght below the given INTEGER - allows to create routable maps with highest resolution 23 (although there is probably room for improvements, straight roads are zig-zagging because optimizers like the WrongAngleFixer optimzes only for resolution 24) - polish reader (*.mp) ignores POI without coordinates (doesn't crash anymore) - improved handling of "Numbers" in polish reader.
