Hi all, the program source is probably no longer maintained, but I was able to compile and change the main sources so that it add's the name to each part. If anybody is interested I can post a patch. Gerd GerdP wrote

thanks, the tool seems to remove the name from the gpx file. Besides that it works fine.
I'll ask the author if that can be changed.
