Version 1314 was commited by steve on 2009-10-24 15:19:44 +0100 (Sat, 24 Oct 2009) BRANCH: translit Add latin1 varient of the transliterations. They were created with icu4j. However the romanisations provided by this library use characters outside the target character set, so all those are commented out and will therefore fall back to the ascii version. This mixture may or may not make any sense.
