It seems to be a valid use of a way for the via-role. Please document it on the wiki! On the other hand, I'm not sure Garmin maps support this directly, and I'm sure we don't know how if it's possible. Does cGPSmapper allow specifying restrictions of this type? I'd suggest mkgmap ignore this for now. Cheers Robert
