Implement the reverse index.
Should allow the index to be transferred to a GPS unit using m/s.
Is it planned to create a gmapsupp.img including the mdr file directly by mkgmap, i.e. without mapsource? As I have no mapsource at hand, I can't do any usefull tests at the moment. Regards, Johann
