[mkgmap-dev] --ignore-turn-restrictions

Currently this switch, disables oneway attributes too. Would it be possible to have several switches or change this to do what the name implies or otherwise rename to -ignore-restrictions? i.e. the most common: ignore-oneway ignore-turn-restrictions ignore-access-restrictions and as continuation of the current function ignore-restrictions to disable any kind of restriction (acces, turn, oneway, or other).
