I have a picture showing problem when I parse  68775599.osm.pbf 

It appears that for some reason the bottom .hgt file gets ignored.

It might be that the dem file is 'empty' but basecamp doesn't show darkened '3d ness' of a landscape

Somehow, my mapsource doesn't show 3d maps
