Works for me (makes the warning go away, and routing still works, but I didn't try along that particular way).
Good. I have tried routing (using mapsource) across a way that has had point(s) added and it worked OK.
The gmapsupp.img is the same size, though. I guess that the addition of the one point is hidden by some alignment.
