[mkgmap-dev] Splitter r542

Hi all, this is a bug fix for r529, which possibly crashed when --max-areas value was smaller than the number of areas, e.g. --max-areas=255 with > 500 areas. It seems I forgot this scenario when testing :-( See also this thread: http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/pipermail/mkgmap-dev/2016q4/025673.html Gerd
